Hi Jerel,

At this point I don’t think we need the Market Snapshot anymore. Although the last one was interesting because there were a lot of Yorktown models that had sold. In fact one only sold for $3K higher than ours, so I am very glad we were able to unload it when we did. You were right on with your information and it helped us get a good price on our home. I will surely let you know if we ever decide to venture into any other real estate investments. Perhaps when I am not so busy I will look further into the idea of buying a house in Ewing to use as a rental for college students.

You said you could and you did!  When my neighbors house hadn’t sold in over 10 months and you told me you could sell it in under 4 months I had a very hard time believing you could do it.  The data you compiled to show me what was going on in the market was incredible and I could not deny you knew what you were talking about.  The Stager you gave us was awesome, the service was awesome and when we had a few problems with showings you were on top of them ASAP.  To get 80+ buyers through our house in the first 30 Days we were on the market was incredible.  To have multiple offers was a shock and to sell for over 95% of our asking price in this market was icing on the cake.  I wish I could have decided to sell the previous year when the market was better I know you would have gotten us over $850,000 for our home.  You proved to be a good friend, a Top Producing real estate agent and a man of your word.
